Winner of the Lepin/Xingbao modular houses contest, this Chinese house is a typical apartment building in China/Japan. This MOC was designed by Dream Made Team’s Kaku. The building consists out of shops on the ground floor (convenience and ice cream store), secured apartment on first floor and a roof terrace on the top.
